Novus Glass

I started my day with expectations of having to deal with a windshield replacement...not something I was looking forward to. With a desire to engage a local business, I called Novus. They suggested I stop in for them to take a look at it. Even knowing that I was expecting to have the glass replaced, they quickly determined that repair was the better (and obviously significantly less expensive) option. Less than 30 minutes later, I was driving away with a chip free windshield, having spent about a fifth of what I was anticipating. The team was nothing but polite and professional, earning not only my business today, but in the future.

I am not one who normally does reviews. However, the service I received from Novus Glass in Parker was exceptional and deserves recognition. My insurance doesn't cover glass replacement so every couple of years I have to pay out of pocket for a new windshield--it's Colorado, no way around it! From start to finish, Novus was the best experience I have ever had getting a new windshield. Not only did they beat the price of all the other companies I called, they also did a fantastic job on the install. Very professional manager and technicians, and the job was done in under an hour. Will definitely use them for any auto glass needs in the future, no need to look anywhere else!

I am very pleased with my brand new windshield. I can see and be comfortable in my car again! Zach and the other technician who I did not get the name of were very generous and welcoming on the day I came in to schedule an appointment and the day of the appointment as well. It didn’t take long for them to install the windshield and the pricing was well into my budget. If anything happens again to my windshield, I will definitely be back.
